Chris Stratton grew up and attended public schools in small-town Connecticut, a half-day’s bike ride south on the continuation of our rail trail.
After studying engineering at MIT and spending a combined 20 years in greater Boston and New York, Chris relocated to Northampton in 2020 to be closer to family and regain access to hills and forests.
In fall of 2023 he traded a lifetime of renting for the quiet streets behind the Ryan Road School as a first time homeowner.
When not prototyping electronic gadgets for startups, Chris can be found exploring Florence’s conservation lands on foot or by bike, and leading small group rides throughout the Pioneer Valley and beyond.
